The Referral Partner Program allows industry connectors to be compensated for introducing brands, and distributors that adopt Palaterra.
How It Works
- Join the Program
Be invited to become an approved Referral Partner.
- Make Introductions
Refer qualified prospects who could benefit from Palaterra’s platform.
- Conversion & Verification
If your referral converts into a paying client (signed contract + payment received), you receive a referral bonus.
- Quarterly Payments
Referral bonuses are paid quarterly, following client payment verification.

Program Terms
- Duration:
12 month term, renewable annually by mutual agreement.
- Eligibility:
Approved industry professionals and organizations with relevant networks.
- Payment Timing:
Quarterly, within 30 days after the end of each quarter, upon verified client payment.
- Limits:
Palaterra reserves the right to cap annual referral payments or participation levels.
- Exclusivity:
Non-exclusive; you may participate in other programs provided they do not conflict with Palaterra’s interests.
- Confidentiality:
Referral partners must keep all non-public Palaterra information confidential.
